Q. 1 How much time it will take to register a Private Limited Company?
Ans "It depends upon ROC (i.e. Registrar) to whom you are filing Application for Company Registration.
Example: - if you are filing application for company registration to Delhi Registrar than it will normally take 20 to 25 Days and if you are filing company registration Application to UP Registrar than it will normally take 15 to 20 Days."
Q. 2 How much time will take for Name Approval of Private Limited/Public Limited/ LLP?
Ans "Generally it will take 5 to 10 Days deepens upon rush in the ROC to whom you are filing Name Approval Application.
Example: - in Delhi there are too much rush for Company registration therefore in Delhi it will take 7 to 10 days for name approval."
Q. 3 How much Director required to Register a Private Limited Company?
Ans "Two directors are required to register a Private Limited Company?"
Q. 4 How much person required to register a Public Limited Company?
Ans "Seven person are required to register a Public Limited Company. In a Public limited company there required minimum seven shareholder and three director. A Director can be shareholder in a company."
Q. 5 Is there any limit on Number of Director and Shareholders in a Private Limited Company?
Ans "The Companies Act is silent on maximum number of director in a private limited company but Company Act, 2013 restrict maximum number of Member in a Private Limited Company up to 100 member previously it was 50 member."
Q. 6 6. What are the Documents required to register a Private/public Limited Company?
Ans "Following are the documents required to Register a Private Limited Company:-
1. One photo of each Director
2. PAN card Copy of each director
3. Address proof of each director
4. Address proof of Company

(a) If premises in the name of director or director’s family Electricity bill with NOC from such person
(b) If premises take on Rent Electricity bill in land lord name with lease deed in the name of company "
Q. 7 7. What are the Documents required to register a LLP?
Ans "1. One photo of each Designated Partner (i.e. managing Partner)
2. PAN card Copy of each Designated Partner
3. Address proof of each Designated Partner
4. Address proof of LLP

(c) If premises in the name of Partner or Partner’s family Electricity bill with NOC from such person
(d) If premises take on Rent Electricity bill in land lord name with lease deed in the name of LLP "
