FSSAI Registration is mandatorily for the business enterprise who carry any business activity related to Manufacturing, processing, storage, transportation, Packaging and distribution of food or Food products. Government has categorized FSSAI license into two categories:
State Level License:
Applicable for Hotel, Restaurant and Medium sized Food Manufacturer
Central level License:
Applicable for Large Size Food Manufacturer
Once FSSAI registration granted by Government it will be valid for one or Two year and all the rules and regulation for FSSAI Licensing governed by The Food Safety & Standards Act, 2016.
