GST Registration is most important registration to do any type of business activity in India either through Private Limited company or through Public Limited Company or through LLP or through Proprietorship business. Documents and Information Checklist for Proprietorship GST Registration:
- Pan Copy of Proprietor (self-Attested)
- Aadhaar copy of Proprietor (self-attested)
- Photograph of Proprietor
- Cancelled Cheque or Bank Statement latest
- Electricity Bill (in case of Rented premises Electricity bill in the name of the owner along with rent agreement and NOC from owner)
- Email id
- Mobile Number
Documents and Information Checklist for Partnership or LLP GST Registration:
- Pan copy of Firm
- Certificate of Incorporation of LLP or partnership deed
- Pan Copy of all Designated Partners or Partners (self-Attested)
- Aadhaar copy of All Designated Partner or Partners (self-attested)
- Photograph of every Designated Partner or Partner
- Pan copy and Aadhaar copy of authorized signatory if other than designated partner or partner (self-Attested)
- Cancelled Cheque or Bank Statement latest of Firm
- Electricity Bill with NOC from Designated Partner or partner (in case of Rented premises Electricity bill in the name of the owner along with rent agreement and NOC from owner)
