Register One Person Company (OPC)

One Person Company OPC registration can be done only by One Member and such member should be resident of India as well as Citizen of India. OPC has been defined by Companies Act, 2013 therefore it has legal identity in Law. For OPC Incorporation there also required a Nominee and such nominee not be a minor. One Person can incorporate only one OPC. There are certain limitations on OPC Business based on Turnover and Share Capital and such limitation is if by any reason paid up share capital of an OPC exceeds Rs. 50 Lakh or its Average Annual Turnover during last three preceding year exceeds Rs. 2 Crore then the OPC compulsorily get converted info Private Limited Company and member of OPC need to do all such formalities to get it converted into private limited company. Aadhaar copy of Member

Pan copy of Member

Electricity Bill

( in case of rented premises Electricity Bill along with rent agreement and NOC form owner of the premises )

Aadhaar copy of Nominee

Pan copy of Nominee
